Q) Are You Fully Insured?
A) Yes we have liability, crime and employee accident coverage, if you like we can send you a copy of our insurance certificate.
Q) Is Your Work Guaranteed?
A) Yes, In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with the work we have done in your home simply call us within 24 hours of your clean and we will re clean it at no extra charge. Please note they are no cash refunds.
Q) How Do I Pay For Your Services?
A) Payment is due at the time of service. You can pay by cash or cheque. On regular scheduled visits we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen worktop.
Q) What Area Do You Clean?
A) We work in and around the Cleveland area UK.
Q) Who Supplies The Cleaning Products And Equipment?
A) We supply all the Cleaning products and Equipment, it is all included in the price.
Q) Do We Need To Be at Home When The Cleaning Team Comes To My House?
A) Its up to you, for the first time we recommend that you are home so our team can meet you and review cleaning instructions. When the clean is finished you can then inspect with the cleaning team. Once on a regular schedule with us most of our customers prefer to give us a key, or you could leave it somewhere safe for us, or leave it with a neighbour, Alarms you could either give us the entry exit codes or leave it switched off, but by far the most efficient and problem free way is if you give us a key. This way no one is waiting for anyone else to arrive.
Q) How Do You Keep My Key Safe?
A) Your key is locked in a secure box and only management has access to the box. The key is given to the team leader on the day of the clean and the team leader returns the key at the end of the day, then the management locks the key back up safely in the secure locked box. Each key is assigned with a random number so they is no information stored with the key such as name address or phone number. In the unlikely event we lose your key we are insured and will have your locks changed.
